1. Accepting and Modifying the General Terms and Conditions
Websites, products and services managed and administered by Piranha Tool, as well as the use of software developed and/or distributed by Piranha Tool are subject to these General Terms and Conditions ('General Terms and Conditions'). By downloading, installing or using software provided by Piranha Tool, the User acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.
In the case of modification of the General Terms and Conditions, the version published on https://www.piranhatool.com website shall be applied exclusively. As a result, we ask Users to check this page frequently to keep informed of any modifications.
2. Orders/Party Assuming Financial Responsibility
The ordering process is managed by our payment processors and resellers. All online orders received via our website are processed through secure payment gateways. Our payment partners handle customer service enquiries related to billing and payment processing. After a transaction, financial claims are handled by the respective payment processor.
3. Services
Users subscribed to the services of Piranha Tool are entitled to download and use the software and programs made available to them according to their subscription level and license terms.
4. Termination of Services
Piranha Tool is responsible, to the extent of its resources, for ensuring the availability of the Website and the means to download resources, programs and services for its customers.
Piranha Tool shall not be liable for any downtime or inability to access its products or services, including customer service and downloading or activating Piranha Tool products due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
PROHIBITED: USB/Device Sharing Applications
IMMEDIATE TERMINATION WITHOUT NOTICE OR REFUND
The use of Piranha Tool software in conjunction with ANY USB sharing, device sharing, virtualization, or remote device access applications is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate account termination.
Prohibited Applications Include (but are not limited to):
- USB Redirector (all versions)
- FlexiHub
- USB for Remote Desktop
- USB over Network
- VirtualHere
- USB/IP
- VMware (Workstation, Player, ESXi)
- VirtualBox
- Hyper-V
- QEMU
- Parallels Desktop
- USB Redirector TS Edition
- Eltima USB Network Gate
- Donglify
- USB over Ethernet
- Remote USB
- AnyDesk USB Redirection
- TeamViewer USB Redirection
- RDP USB Redirection
- Citrix USB Redirection
- Any similar USB/device sharing or virtualization software
Consequences of Violation:
If our system detects that you are using Piranha Tool with any of the above-mentioned applications or any similar device sharing/virtualization software:
- Your account and license will be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY without prior notice
- You will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from using our products
- NO REFUNDS will be issued - including credits, partial refunds, or license transfers
- You will lose access to all purchased licenses and credits
- Your PC/Machine will be blacklisted from our system
- No appeals or exceptions will be considered
Why This Policy Exists:
These applications allow multiple users to share a single license across different machines or locations, which:
- Violates our single-user, single-machine license agreement
- Enables unauthorized license sharing and piracy
- Causes system instability and security vulnerabilities
- Undermines our business model and fair pricing for legitimate users
5. Response Time/Support
The response time to requests for information, support and assistance regarding the use and/or payment of services, software or any other products provided by Piranha Tool may take up to 3 working days.
The Piranha Tool customer service will do its best to minimize this time. Our current average response time is around 12-24 hours, not including weekends and holidays.
6. Device Ownership and Legal Compliance
CRITICAL LEGAL REQUIREMENT:
Before removing any manufacturer lock, including FRP Lock, Samsung Knox, or any other security feature, it is the responsibility of the user and/or license holder to ensure that the device's rightful owner has approved the removal of the lock.
This applies in cases where technical or other reasons have made it impossible to unlock or activate the device using the owner's known account, thereby preventing them from using their own device.
Since the primary purpose of manufacturer locks is to restrict device usage exclusively to the rightful owner, verifying ownership and obtaining approval before use is both necessary and mandatory!
User Responsibilities:
- Verify device ownership before performing any unlock operations
- Obtain written consent from device owner when applicable
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
- Use the software only for legitimate purposes
- Not use the software for illegal activities or theft
7. Limitations of Liability
Piranha Tool shall not be liable for any suspension of all or part of the features of its sites, due to the acts or failure of Piranha Tool or any third party. By subscribing to the services of Piranha Tool, the Users acknowledge and accept that within the framework of this regulation, Piranha Tool, its affiliated companies or companies involved in the maintenance, production or subcontracting of the services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages, or for moral damages, costs, losses, loss of sales or any other liability (even if such damages were foreseeable or could have been avoided by Piranha Tool), which are likely to occur during the use of the services or, on the contrary, if the sites or their content cannot be used.
Piranha Tool shall not be liable for any damages or viruses that may infect your computer or hardware after you have accessed or used the Piranha Tool websites or downloaded any content from them.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Without limitation of the scope of article 7 above, all contents, information and programs on the websites of Piranha Tool are provided 'as is' subject to their availability and without any legal or contractual warranties.
Piranha Tool does not warrant that its servers, web pages or their contents meet your expectations or operate in an uninterrupted, convenient, secure or error-free way.
Any advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained in connection with the use of Piranha Tool services and products does not constitute any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, and materials provided by Piranha Tool are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software according to the terms of their subscription.
Prohibited Activities:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
- Redistributing or reselling the software without authorization
- Removing or modifying copyright notices
- Creating derivative works based on our software
10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Piranha Tool is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Refund/Support requests
✅ Refund/Support requests will ONLY be accepted for operations performed within the last 24 hours. ❌ Any operation older than 24 hours will no longer be eligible for: • Credit refund requests • Manual checks • Reprocessing/support requests ⚠️ Requests for operations older than 72 hours will be automatically rejected without exception. Please make sure to check and report any issue immediately after performing the operation.
